To start the new year running we're heading to Glasgow this weekend to Wholefoods Market in Giffnock. They are helping their shoppers to get back into shape so we thought we'd pop along and offer up some sampels. Pop along on Saturday between 11 and 3pm and taste some Tunch!

It's that time again, Christmas is here!! None of us at the Tunchery can believe it's been a year since we were battling last years wintery storms and barely being able to get our courier in the door!

We would just like to take this opportunity to wish all our valued customers, friends and followers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank you for your continued support, lets hope 2012 is a very happy and healthy one.

This years' Pedal for Scotland event is being held this Sunday. The event challenges competitors to a 51mile cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh. We're getting involved by supplying some well needed Tunch energy for the Friends of the Earth fundraisers. Good Luck Guys!
